Adopt a Puppy Party

Our Adopt a Puppy Paw-ty was a hit! My Little Miss is an animal lover and dreams of being a future veterinarian. Naturally, she wanted an Adopt a Puppy Birthday Party for her and her friends. We had fun planning her party and the kiddos enjoyed adopting their little furry friend. I am going to share some of the ideas we used for this fun, yet easy to plan party. I hope you enjoy and have a Tail-Waggin’ good time!

Here is a sample of the invitations that we ordered from Birthday in a Box. So cute, easy to order & quick delivery!
We purchased little stuffed puppies from Oriental Trading Company. The kiddos selected their puppy as they arrived for the party. My daughter made the adorable signs. 🙂
We found a dog bowl/food scooper from Dollar Tree and guests snacked on Scooby Snacks (cookies) while they selected their puppy.
While the guests were arriving, I had crayons and coloring books out on the table for the kids. The Animal Rescue coloring books matched the theme perfectly and kiddos each took one home!
I found coloring books, beads and pipe cleaners at Dollar Tree. Great find! 🙂
The guests used beads and pipe cleaners to create name collars and leashes for their puppies. I love the creativity!
My daughter’s furry friend is Boo, adorable!
The kiddos are having a blast creating their dog collars/leashes and putting their puppies in their dog houses.
Dog House Boxes and Puppy Bracelets are also from Oriental Trading Company.
Guests took home a bag of Scooby Snacks as well. Yummy!
(Scooby Graham Crackers were purchased at Wal-Mart.)
Adoption Certificates were activity mats that I found at Birthday in a Box.
The kids completed their Activity Mat to complete the adoption requirements. 😉
Guests and furry friends had a Waggin’ Good Time!
I loved the Pug Life shirt, I found several different styles at Amazon.
My girl loves home-made confetti cake. Of course, I needed to find doggy toys to decorate to complete the theme.
(101 Dalmation figurines were purchased from DisneyStore.)
Last but not least, my Little Miss had the idea to donate all the signs that she created for her Birthday Party to the local animal shelter. Love her heart!
